Occassionally I do workshops to teach the kettlebell basics. My goal is for everyone to have fun and learn at the same time. The workshops are very laid back and I won't let anyone leave until they feel comfortable with their new fitness tools.
The workshops last about 2 hours. I provide the kettlebells; you just show up. You don't even need to bring your shoes! Come and learn how to make exercise fun.
